First, you'll need to make sure the cable is the problem. To do this, take the cable out, and test it in a USB port you know works (such as in your computer). If the cable can still charge a phone, then the port is the problem.
To test the port, take a cable that you know is working, plug it in, and try to charge a phone with it.
If more than one port is not working, the issue is likely to be the power adapter.
If the cable is the issue, you can simply order another from Chargebar's website, or for more value, pick up a cable pack.
If the port is the issue, and your Albion is within warranty, submit a warranty claim and we'll get back to you. Please do not send us your Albion until we have asked for it.
If the adapter is the issue, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to order a replacement.
